What is the recommended burn time for a catalytic lamp?
For optimal results, we recommend burning your lamp for 20 minutes per 110 square feet. This is sufficient to purify the air and scent the room for several hours.
Can I use other brands of fragrance oil in my Maison Berger lamp?
To ensure the longevity of the catalytic burner and for your safety, we strictly recommend using only Maison Berger Paris home fragrances. Other oils may clog the burner or release harmful VOCs.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard shipping across the country, typically arriving within 3-5 business days. Free shipping is available on all orders exceeding $75.
What is your return policy for home fragrance products?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
How often should I replace my lamp's burner?
For maximum efficiency and safety, we recommend replacing your Air Pur System 3C burner every 200 lightings or once a year, whichever comes first.
